You may ask what's the difference in this box to other stainless boxes on the market.  Aside from the individual compartments being leakproof, they are also extra deep so it makes it much easier and quicker to pack foods.  That means no more chopping foods into small pieces to fit into odd size compartments!

Returns 

All items are thoroughly checked on arrival to our warehouse and again prior to being shipped. In the event you have received a faulty product, please email us within 7 days at contact@ohmylunchbox.com.au with photos and as many details as possible about the fault.  

If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to send the items back for a refund, but you must cover the postage costs back to the warehouse. Please email prior to shipping the items back, so we can provide you with the correct return address. All items must be in new condition, not used and in original packaging. 

All of the items we stock come with a warranty. If you have a warranty issue with a product that we stock and you purchased from us, please email us at contact@ohmylunchbox.com.au with photos and as many details as possible. We will aim to resolve the issue with the manufacture for you.
