To open, pull the top tabs down to the first fold line, and start eating. When you need to reveal more of your tasty treat, peel down the sides a little further. It works a bit like peeling a banana! Easy!

Your wrap is held together neatly while you eat it, and can be sealed back up and saved for later.

Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email or text message (if you provided a phone number) with the tracking information. 

All items are shipped within 3 business days after checkout is complete.

Returns 

All items are thoroughly checked on arrival to our warehouse and again prior to being shipped. In the event you have received a faulty product, please email us within 7 days at contact@ohmylunchbox.com.au with photos and as many details as possible about the fault.  

If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to send the items back for a refund, but you must cover the postage costs back to the warehouse. Please email prior to shipping the items back, so we can provide you with the correct return address. All items must be in new condition, not used and in original packaging. 

All of the items we stock come with a warranty. If you have a warranty issue with a product that we stock and you purchased from us, please email us at contact@ohmylunchbox.com.au with photos and as many details as possible. We will aim to resolve the issue with the manufacture for you.
